My window or glass is cracked. Is that insured?

Yes. Breakage or damage to windows, fixed mirrors or glass walls is usually insured within your policy. Please send us clear photos of the damage and surroundings so we can open the file correctly.

Only the glass itself is insured. Metal profiles, hinges or fasteners are not covered under glass breakage coverage.

If in doubt about the cause or extent, it is best to wait for the agreement. Small fractures can already be repaired provided you have clear photos and a detailed invoice.

Yes, if the breakage is sudden and unforeseen. Wear and tear or aging is not covered.

Yes. Damage to plumbing elements is insured, as is consequential damage from any lost water. Please provide us with photos and the purchase invoice, if applicable.

Yes, if it is a sudden fracture. Take pictures of the defect and the model. Zurich will reimburse the replacement of the glass part of the cooktop.

It depends on your policy. Some policies include solar panels, others do not. Send us photos and proof of purchase, and we'll check for you right away.

In most buildings, balcony panels are part of the common parts. Repair and reimbursement are then through the comunidad or their insurance. Contact the administrador de fincas.
