How we work

We work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every weekday.

During these hours, we are constantly busy handling your files: preparing applications, drafting policies, following up on claims, contacting insurers and carefully processing all the paperwork.

Our telephone availability is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

In this time zone, we can guarantee that we can speak to you immediately and personally without affecting ongoing cases. Outside these hours, we work hard behind the scenes to process your requests, quotes and claims as quickly as possible.
